One of my all time favorite artists is Audioslave. Why? Well not only do they have awesome intricate lyrical yet still heavy guitar and drum rifts, their lyrics are good. They are not one of those bands you listen to just for lyrics or music they put both into a hypnotic mixing bowl of musical genius. some of there better songs are Like a Stone, Shadow on the Sun, Be Yourself, and Show Me How to Live. Like a Stone uses a interesting book analogy to present the life of the singer. (weather its his life or just for a song I don't know) Another thing I like about them is that most of their songs last about four minutes or more so you have a sufficient amount of time to soak up the notes. Out of all the bands I have heard Audioslave has some of the best music and who's song don't sound all that similar to each other. Another note I have been told that many of the guitarists from Rage Against the Machine are now in Audioslave. So if you like Rage Against The Machine you might like Audioslave and vis versa.

What I rely love to do is travel the U.S and camp. Mostly camping in general. I camp about once a month. I have camped in some of the best known national parks of the U.S. They are as follows Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, Big Bend in Texas, Grand Teton and Yellow Stone in Wyoming, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion Canyon in Arizona, and Arches in Utah. I would like to eventually go to Yosemite in California and Glacier National Park in Montana/Canada.
When I go camping I will usually back pack or canoe. Also when I camp I sleep in a tent and cook my own food. If I am back packing I pack in all that I need. Food, water, clothing ect. Also many times when I camp I a in a primitive camp site. Meaning there are no utilities, that includes bathrooms. The reason I like camping so much is that it gets me out of the house, I can see more of the country, to see the bright stars in the night sky(more and way better than in the city) and the smell of the crisp/cool morning air is lovely.
